[Chrysler300] PCV Valve on G

Since we are discussing stalling at low idle, I'd like to hear input from
those "in the know" about PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valves. I
recently installed one on my G, which had the road draft tube previously.
Since the device allows vacuum to pull vapors from the crankcase into the
intake manifold, doesn't that act like a vacuum leak? I must say, my car
has been more prone to stalling than it was before I installed the PCV
valve. Any thoughts on this? I don't recall seeing any different procedure
in the service manual for adjusting the carbs per se.
