Louis and our Left coast friends;
Hope the fires die before they get there and y'all are OK.

Maybe remove the cul-de-sac, plant short grass, and pave a 100 foot 
wide ring road around al the houses. That may stop any fires and double 
as a test track for "the boys".

We all hope it works well for you and doesn't require a call to Hagerty.
