[Chrysler300] Ignition Switch Replacement

Hello, I am having a problem getting to the ignition switch on my G.  It appears that the bottom panel going across the switch, radio and clock needs to come off.  I have some screws out but I know I'm missing something.  Did anyone do this replacement, and how did you do it?  The service manual is of no help.  Your help is much appreciated.  Thanks.
