Re: [Chrysler300] 62 sport window gizmo

ok, so my passenger side power window goes ka-put.

i take off the door panel and the motor is laying at the bottom of the door. OMG

upon inspection i find that the mounting bracket is broken off at the bottom where it attaches to the motor.

kind of a pot metal type mount gizmo.

can one weld this material?

so, does anyone have any of these mounts laying in there stash?

billlllllll in sunny kennewick, washington

PS, getting pretty hot here and it would have been nice if it had broke with the window in the down position : )
