that is right. if you paid with a paypal  account , you just need to file a dispute on the credit card charge with paperwork documenting the sellers fraud. I just did that with a crooked car hauler who double charged my bankamerica credit card i gave him for a down payment. got my $100 back. i didnt look at the listing but it is possible the seller never even had the car and was just running a scam.
