RE: [Chrysler300] New mexico...



Had further communication from Marriott , the rate IS listed under “White Sands 300 Classic”, not “Chrysler 300 Club rate” ; this latter name will not work out , on net,  as it is automated 100%. The Marriott person ‘s email said existing  reservation cannot be honored at new rate, might lose suite. So I said go ahead and redo, whatever. Awaiting next!

Bill and Marilyn, thank you for doing all this, not a complainer , comedy of errors.

 

A simple link direct to hotel, not to Marriott central,  would have solved all this day one. But no place on web page for Hotel, to contact hotel, “contact us” on Hotel page in fact goes to Marriott central. What great improvements we have in all this.. 

 

Tempted to say more about moronic sites but won’t …

Thanks, Dan.  Yes, I think we had everyone at Fairfield Inn and Suites up to speed in January.  I'm sure John Grady encountered a new employee today that could not translate "Chrysler 300 Club rate" and just did not know how to go to their "White Sands 300 Classic" group rate in their computer.

 

I'll try to get everyone up to speed at the hotel again.

 

Apologies to everyone else that may have encountered the same problem that John encountered. . .
