Re: [Chrysler300] Re emergency brake re 300H

Fern,
My 300H emergency brake is inside of a small brake drum near the rear end of the transmission.
I replaced my cable and my shoes at the same time. I think I sent my shoes to a brake shop in Portland, a place which is actually a transmission shop, but the owner is a 300 fan and relines brake shoes. I will see if I can locate his name and address. Maybe JC had the cable,

I inadverdently forgot the emergency brake on the 300H on friday and drove several miles before noticing that it was on so it looks like I will have to get new pads to rebuild it.
Unfortunately that stuff is not available from local auto parts store out here in BC.
What is the best source to get those in the USA?
