Looking at the flyer, the prices listed at the bottom show a star, leading to all the MUST be NEW parts.
Looks like the price  is labor only, plus parts at whatever markup they add.

OK, I apologize for so many posts re this. Apparently I'm not much better at sending stuff through the the server than negotiating an engine rebuild, but hopefully this will work. This is a link to the guy's shop. What is described here is the same as what is printed on the flyer he gave us (although the price here is $500 LESS--ouch). Anyway, it looked like a pretty good rebuild for what we wanted, which is a basically stock, good-running, problem-free motor we can enjoy using in our car for a long time.
