Re: [Chrysler300] Whoa, Nelly!

A few minutes on ebay lead to this CD in PDF form for $7.49:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/JEEP-GRAND-CHEROKEE-2011-2012-2013-2014-2015-SERVICE-REPAIR-MANUAL-3-0-3-6-5-7-/111922778721?hash=item1a0f1e1261:g:PDYAAOSwstxVP8-a&vxp=mtr

Last updated 5/16, I doubt if there is much difference from 2016 models.

As to adding wiring for a radar detector or any thing else, I tap into a
Ign. powered fuse such as the blower motor.
There is a nifty fuse replacement now that has 2 fuses on one pair of
contacts. Here is 5 of them for $ 7.79. There are others listed, cheaper,
but coming from China and maybe weeks to get here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/5PCS-TAP-Mini-Add-a-circuit-Car-Auto-ATM-Low-Profile-Blade-Style-Fuse-Holder-15A-/131694682878?hash=item1ea99d62fe:g:2-cAAOSwL7VWjeBR

Pull a fuse, plug this double fuse it in and you can add a fused protected
wire to whatever you want to power. Available at any good Auto store, cheap
and solves powering something with out crawling around under the dash or
hood trying to find a certain wire to splice into. These are for the newer
ATM mini fuses.
I found, even in my 2001 trucks that there are no powered female connectors
in the fuse boxes like there used to be.
Used to be, if the vehicle didn't have a particular item installed, the
main fuse box still had a place to put in a fuse or relay, with power.
Maybe no wire going to the uninstalled item, but still a usable power
source, no more.
