The switch is closed (allowing the power to pass). The problem is we have Low power. That pressure switch is either open or closed.

Hugh,

Did you check the low pressure switch? Not sure if the 64 has one, my 62 does not, but my 73 Dart does. You can test it by unplugging it and putting a jumper wire across the two terminals, turn on the AC and see if the clutch turns.

Good Afternoon,

 

Can anyone advise where to find the wiring diagram for a 300K online, if such exists?  Tracking a failure between A/C dash controls and the unit, it works when powered directly, but doesn’t spin when connected to dash lead.  Worked one day, not the next.  Thanks-
