I distinctly remember buying a set of those spring clips from a member in the club that was producing them. Just can’t recall a name.
Very effective. Seemed a lot like standard black-colored steel strapping for the raw material—carefully bent to fit, hold and stick.
The ignition wire covers on the hemi rocker-arm covers look neat but I always wondered if this was the best way to get the spark from the distributor to the spark plug. Racers and manufacturers seem to prefer lots of air space between spark plug wires and lots of insulated stand-offs to properly space out the wires.
Thanks to all for your suggestions and resources. We have found all but those spring clips. Denny told me I have much more patience than he does so it will be my job to try Marshall’s suggestion. Thanks a lot Marshall!! I’ll let you know if I ever get them done.
Love the fact we have this list server.
