It's going to be pretty easy if the engine is out of the way. If not, maybe a little more work to wiggle it out. 

On our '57 my mechanic was able to ease it out and shoehorn it back in without scratching either the engine or the inner fender. His bill totaled $375 all in including the steering column work. It's also possible that the '60 may be a little more work.
