Does anyone know if Captive Air tires were optional on the 300E. Not mentioned anywhere in 300F information or the order form.

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have the original Goodyear Blue Streak spare tire in their 300F? I know the Ziegler car does but the picture I have of it, has an Imperial spare tire cover mounted on it. I can see the same sidewall design on the vintage racing pictures of the car.

I've got a factory picture of a Blue Streak Captive Air tire on a 300F and have never seen any documentation of them being available. I know they made later Blue Streak Captive Air tires.
