Edelbrock afb idle needles solve a million ram carb idle mixture issues — slightly different taper but fit fine . Worn old ram idle mixture screws and seats in the ram carb cause an on/off valve like action of needles , you can’t adjust anything .

Many carbs are rebuilt for nothing over this. Just change the needles .Seat in a new place Obviously better pieces than stock . Suddenly it adjusts like it says . Choke parts look the same but never did that .

Hi Dyke,

We were looking for the original style vacuum pull offs and thermostatic chokes that work in the ram manifolds with 2903 carbs, but, if those things are unavailable we could switch to electric. How are yours working and do you have part numbers?
