{Chrysler 300} 1964 drivers window

Hi All,

 

Can someone remind me on the procedure, other than what the manual tells us, for the removal of the door window assembly?

 

Since we are going to reskin the door to fix it, I will need to strip it. I sort of remember something about the spring and one’s fingers.
