Just guessing that if they have different part numbers and since the A 
and B body are different sized platforms,  that the A body stone guard 
would be smaller. 

Nowadays the manufacturer would likely try to standardize as many parts 
as possible to reduce cost. Not sure if Chrysler Corp. did so in '64. 

Do you have one you can measure? If so, perhaps someone can measure the 
stone guard you don't have.
