IMO I bought the poly/graphite for everything. It's more durable and 
more rigid as I understand. There was the opinion that they were noisy 
but the addition of the graphite cured that from what I heard. I found 
my car to be much firmer, tighter and quieter. I think people sticking 
with the rubber type are more into "original" which I am not. I like 
function better.
