Rich sorry it took so long to get back to you the info you got from the
mopar list is correct maybe the build sheet you have is from one of your
other cars I would relist it stating its not the orginal motor or trans
stating it's a 64 block and go from there

"54" is Polara 500, "5" is a convertible

PP is Red exterior paint, "6" is 396 black convertible top. 
"U" would be an accent color, "U" for exterior colors is Biege,
but I don't know if there is a seperate set of codes for the accent 
colors...  (there were in later years),,  the accent color would
be the back ground color on the big rectangular trim on the rear 
1/4,, and the fender top trim inset color..
