Re: Disc brakes.

Bill, so glad the machine is working well. The cam is in my motor and
its kick butt. I'm waiting to convert over to 4/5 speed since my stall
converter isn't quite up to snuff =) But I am very pleased with it
and still remember the day building it, good times!

I think you probably have a MC issue and are on the right track--swap
that sucker first ;) cheaper and easier. I know that Ehrenberg was
selling the MP aluminum ones recently for cheap with the 4 bolt
adapter plate, and I picked up one of those. Because of the oddities
on my 62, I spent a lot of time trying to get a master
cylinder/pushrod combo that would put the pedal low enough and give me
the right feel. So don't give up! I did add a wilwood adjustable
prop valve just so I could tune the bias a bit, but I figured you had
a line lock on there too, cause you've got a beastie ;)

Good luck and let me know how things go. Take care

(Rainy Northern California)
