Re: What's a good-sounding 273 exhaust?

sounds like you have glass packs already. I'm partial to turbos and glass packs myself. 2.5" dual pipes. A lot of people like flowmaster deltas, and magnaflows on their small blocks. I find the flowmasters have a rather high "tinny" sound, where the magnaflows are a bit deeper though not quite as loud. A lot of muffler shops will temporarily install mufflers so you can see if you like them or not.

I've enjoyed reading about the /6 sound, and it made me wonder what
combinations of pipes and mufflers people are running on their 273 engines.
Or maybe just the LA engines in general.

Mine sounds alright, it has some no-name sausage-shaped mufflers on it now,
but I am curious about the possibilities. Is there a "classic sound" combo
  for MoPar V8's?

  thanks!!
