I have the template for Don D's heat sink. Don or anyone, what is the 
thickness of the aluminum so I can start this project. 
Yup Don D does. Thiniest you can find. I use a rolled shet about015 that i buy at our CtC stores but I am sure it is a univerally availableproduct n most hareware stres. Even an aluminum pie plate would work, in fact it would probably work very well to cut the material from it.
