Window Regulator Help

The pass regulator in my Coronet is making some nasty scraping noises
when I start rolling the window up from the very bottom. I read
through the FSM but it was not much help in terms of diagnosis or
being clear on repairs.

Anyone have any experience with these that could give me some
pointers? is there a a source for buying, rebuilding or parts for
these things? It's really hard to tell where the noise is coming from
as it seems to transmit itself everywhere.
