Back in the 60's I had the scary pleasure of getting a ride in a Chrysler 413 w/ a long ram.Very scary top end. He slowed down around around 125-130. That was enough for me..lol

Good question, I am not going to answer it, but will throw in a bit of info and twist.  First off I do not think that the 426 street wedge and the 413 long ram engine were ever offered in a common body style(same year, same body), so dyno comparisons would be the only options.  My guess is that on the street in a common body style, that the 413 @ 390 hp would take the top end pull, but have a feeling that the 426 @365 might be the better engine for the 1/4 mile, and I say this because of the fuel system,,,,,
