And im sorry but the fendertag is barely readable unfortunately. If you can post a photo of the cowl data tag, I bet we can figure it out.  If we can't see what is what, you might have to lightly sand the plate to highlight the numbers and letters and then take a new photo and post it. Regarding taillights, sometimes people just want to have more red taillights and they figure out how to make the change.
