This from my '58 service manual. It is the steel case torqueflite. | Here are the holes/plugs on the right side of an aluminum case torqueflite. | Here is the location of the cooler line holes on the left side of the trans. case. Disregard the other information in the picture because I had to scan my '96 service manual and some of the other items won't apply to your trans. Also, what is shown is the fitting for the cooler line. They are screwed into the case with pipe threads and your fitting will look different. |
