[GFS] ebay '57 Fury?

Hi GFSers,

There is a gorgeous '57 Fury up on ebay motors(ebay item # 1862314796).
Only problem is the VIN shown - 26629118.  How come on our registry, our
VINs all range from 1611XXXX - 1637XXXX (body #s coinciding from 800 th to
7100st in production run) - the 2662 series from another plant right??

Need a '57 Fury expert to confirm.  Seller claims a "Numbers matching"
Fury.  Before I tell him his number doesn't jive, would like your
comments.  Car is being sold out of Temecula, CA.
