Hi Jack,

There should be a o-ring in the groove on that drive sleeve. You might
want 
to check your local auto parts store first, u might get lucky. Otherwise
call

I bought a rebuild kit from them for my t-flite, nice quality, a little 
expensive but what else can u do. Hope this helps. I finally got the rest
of 
the pictures developed from the Wisconsin trip. Will try to send extras to
