IML: Power Window Wiring

Hello,

I have been reading with interest all of the
discussion about wiring. Now seems like a good time to
ask for help on my wiring issue.

I plan to tackle my inoperative power windows on my 73
this weekend. I have consulted the FSM and and have
learned the main feed to the master switch is dead. I
traced this wire (tan in color)to the safety relay and
discovered it is dead on both sides of the relay. The
red wire which operates the relay is hot and the
ground is good both at the relay and the master
switch. The FSM wiring diagram then leads me to the
circuit breaker. The problem is it also states in the
specifications this breaker also feed the power seats
which do work.

Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone ever
run into this before?
