My 65 wouldnt crank on the key when I was first trying to light it up, tried 
everything, finally found a dry connection in the wire to the inhibitor 
switch on the trans. There was a connector block at the rear of the inlet 
manifold adjacent to the oil sender. maybe.  Geoff Simpson
