Horn rings from '61, '62, & '63 will fit. They are nearly all broken or at least cracked in the same spot. To keep from damaging the one in my car, I gently lift up on the ring from behind to honk the horn. Pushing on it seems to result more easily in damage. I do this so automatically, that I hardly notice it, and I don't honk the horn that much.

This was a weak spot on these cars. Finding another one isn't easy as they all tend to be broken in the same way. You can have it welded up but the chrome finish will be damaged and the pot metal doesn't weld real well.
