IML: 1968 Imperial Dash Repair and Removal

David, the dash on your '68 is magnificent! Well done. How did you get the
bronze to look so spiffy? I know there's a process described on the website
but I'm just wondering how you accomplished the job on your car.

Dick and all, I guess I misspoke when I said I thought I would have to "pull
the dash". I'm not actually contemplating removing the entire dash but only
the instrument cluster and the radio. I do have the factory repair manual and
for anyone undertaking such a project it's pretty much indispensable. If
you're going to spend an extended amount of time working under the dash, it's a
real backsaver to remove at least one of the seats, depending on where you're
working under there.
