That manual was written when you could go over to the dealer parts counter
and get a new hub and rotor assembly.  The manual also says to replace the
lower control arm if you need bushings or ball joints or something.

Personally I don't like turning rotors, I'd prefer leaving as much meat on
them as possible.  If new rotors are available, I usually go for them if the
existing ones are too scored.

Check the specs, which are in the FSM.

Says very explicitly REPLACE, DO NOT TURN the rotors
at all in the FSM.
