As Chris said, the "Old Cars Price Guide" will give you some parameters. If you're serious I suggest you buy one. Sales are reported for 6 levels of condition, ranging from a parts car to perfect show quality. It's educational and with a few minutes of reading you'll have a good feel for value. You can buy it at your local Chain Grocery Store in with the Hot Rod Magazines for around $5.00.
