Wayne, why?  You can buy a pre-made HiddenHitch receiver unit that fits very nicely for less than the cost of cutting your own metal.  They sell them at JC Whitney (http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Browse/tf-Browse/s-10101/N-111+10201+600002360/c-10101). Got one on my 61 4-dr.  jc
