Re: IML: 61 Data Plate decode? 2nd Try

Thanks, I'll give them a try. I have also have a blank new car window sticker for the 61 that maybe I can reproduce for my car with the option codes and possibly prices. Thanks, Rob 61/65

I purchased just such an IBM card (xerox image) from Chrysler Heritage for my 61 convertible.  It has all the option codes and corresponding descriptions, with the chosen ones punched out for card-reader identification.

I called the archival department of the WPC organization at (313)252-2902.  They do not have any build sheets, but they do have some other imformation for some cars on old IBM computer cards.  If you call they will ask you for the serial# to see what is available and they will call you back to see what you would like to purchase if anything is available.  This is the stage I am in right now.  They also stated that the build sheets were not intended to be saved and if you have one you are indeed very fortunate as this information cannot be found today.
