I have some stock seats in the blue car that has the
cables that automatically open the seats with the
doors.

I will try to take photos to address your concerns. 
They're really blasted, but should have enough fabric
left to take a read on what went where and how.

On the combo seats, the arm rest was either sides
leather and center leather (correct for 1960, I
think), or sides leather and center arm area in cloth.

On first pass, I encourage you to consider doing 100%
leather.

Henry's interior is leather, and the arm rest is
leather too.  Henry can chime in as needed, but if
anyone's a stickler for detail on a 1960, it would be
him.  Note the tufted stitching on the front side when
folded up that matches the pattern of the rest of the
seat....
