I have a '59 Hardtop/Silvercrest too and the first one is definately PW, I believe the DL9 is for "Sure Grip", my car has an H2, and I think it may be for front and rear air/heater.  I do not know about any of the other codes, but suspect the S at the end is for swivel seats.  My car also has a hood ornament could this be HO?  The remainder of my codes:
