I visited Colliflower on last week and had them make me a PS hose for my 60.  These guys are good and very easy to work with.  My hose cost $29 and fits like the original.  I highly recommend these guys.  I used their Conshohocken facility.

Here on the East Coast, a company called COLLIFLOWER makes up hoses. I got one made for my 1956 Imp on Monday for $39.02 total. The connectors are not exact, and the "reducer" in the middle of the hose isn't there, but it should work fine.
