IML: Guestimate on 1967 convertible pricing, please

I have a friend who's found a 1966 Imperial convertible. It's described to
me as a bit faded in and out, newer convertible top and some rust in the
quarters. There's not much rust and the car seems straight and free from
accident damage. Trim and interior are OK for a driver, not show quality
but decent.

The car runs from a gas can. Figure the fuel system and brakes need work.

I'd appreciate any guidance on price.

Thanks,
Mark
