Ken, you had to go and mention craigslist. I was
trying to cut back but it keeps pulling me back in...
The '66 dodge crown imperial 413' ad in the
Portland list is actually a '65 Crown 4dr. I called the guy and he clarified the
year in this post, but he has other posts with the correct year. If anyone is
interested, it sounds pretty nice, and he was already coming down from his $1300
figure while on the phone. He said it has a nice black leather interior and
a 'silverish' color outside. It has a/c but he wasn't sure of any other
equipment. He isn't an Imperial guy, yet, though I did my best to convince him
of the incomparability of his recently acquired aution Imperial. He has placed a

Last week, I called on the '69 LeBaron in the

The picture looked att too famaliar and after a
quick perusal of our site, I found the advertised car on our
site.
Of course, the night I found the other pictures of
this stated car, I immediately had perfect white leather Imperials for $3500
dancing in my mind all night, and when it turned out to be not the same car the
next day, I had a bit of Imperial-dysfunction... I'm sure a few of
you understand.

The car in Seattle is gold with a dark vinyl roof
and green interior and is partially disassembled. The guy was adamant about his
$3500 so we had a quick phone discussion, though I mentioned that this photo was
taken off our site. He hasn't corrected it, and he admitted this was a used car
lot trying to sell it..

I just did a West Coast search on Craigslist for Imperials and found = several listings for Imperials at reasonable prices. I need to stop = looking because now I=E2=80=99m tempted to pursue a couple of them = further. But in the interest of maintaining harmony in the marital = relationship it would be best for me for forget I ever saw them. |
