The '62 Chysler New Yorker came with a 413. If it has a 440, possibly 
it was changed later to a newer engine, and possibly a jerry-rigged 
throttle linkage. If this is the case, you may have to make your own 
parts, once you figure out what they need to be. 440 came out in '66 
and had different carbs and cable activated linkage assemblies. Early 
'60s 413's had rod type linkage.
