I would try Kanter (kanter.com).
For a lot of things they usually requie a core, but you will get very good quality remanufactured parts. In most cases, they have brand new castings of old parts too.
In the case of my 62, they had a beautifully re-cast master cylinder. The look of NOS without the pinch on the wallet...
