One of my all time favorite cars was a '64 New Yorker and it did get the 
looks, but the Forward Look '55/'61 cars get more looks and do draw more 
money...(they were more exciting and had a and still do have certain magic 
to them)
I also do not think as many of the FL cars are out there.
He is right it is all most always less costly to buy a car that is ready to 
go then make one...
Look at what chrome and trim work cost today!
I tried to do chrome work, what a nightmare!
