IML: '55 v "56 Limousine

Hi All:

 

I lurk too much. I should reply more often.

 

One of the ways I identify "55 v '56 (if I were to see only a small portion of the car) is the wheel well openings. The '55 is round and the '56 is flattened at the top. The limousine in question has the round wheel wells, therfore the body itself is a '55 with '56 additions. Even though it was built in '56, and can be called a '56, the body is a '55.
