IML: 90 Imperial

My car after it's hot will occasionally bump forward after a dead stop. I was told it might be a solenoid assembly pack or a lower reverse piston seal. Does anyone have any experience in this area. He want $1600.00 to perform a rebuilt tranny job. The car has only 40,000 miles on it!
