Self-Introduction: I'm a 'young' 62 year old who's been playing with cars
since the age of 14, had around 45 cars of all types so far, bought a 1965
T-Bird 11 years ago and was happy with it, 'til I saw a friend's 62 Imperial
4 door back in June 07, after one look at the headlamps and tail lamps and
the car in general, I was hooked and the Ford had to go, found a 62 coupe in
LA, rang and bought it, shipped it to Australia and with a little tidying up
it will hit the road around Christmas, with luck. Currently looking for a
few parts to get it all together, biggest problem is the cost of shipping
from the US to Australia, especially for large heavy items. Will probably
have a few questions along the way, stuff not covered in the shop manual. If
you're parting out a 62 on the West Coast, please give me a call.
