RE: IML: 1965 Chrysler : Imperial Limousine



The lack of the wood trim on the front door panels might be explained by the old ideas concerning chauffers. They were not considered to be as "good" as the owner in the back and did not deserve the level of appointments that the rear compartment had. I have seen a number of older Pierce-Arrow enclosed drive limos that were taxicab in the front and Versailles in the back.
