Click on products, scroll down to repair and click on FlexFill.  I've used 
this product successfully to repair all sorts of vinyl, plastic and leather 
parts on many of my cars.  Of course, I couldn't use it on my '65 Crown's 
wheel because it was the clear Lucite.  After looking for a good used wheel 
for several years, I finally broke down and had a new one recast.  If your 
wheel can be filled and then colored, this is the product I would use to 
fill the cracks.
