Jeff there is one thing I forgot to mention. If you see small cracks on the 
outer edge of the wheel you should deal with these before they become large 
cracks. Iam talking about the very small ones on the outer edge. I use a 
heat gun but yu can use a torch. Heat the edges until it looks like melted 
wax then using a cloth pull the plastic around the wheel. This forces the 
cracks to smooth over and fill in. preventing future spreading. If you make 
a mistake sand smooth and fill in with PC-7. It takes time, but works.
