Doesn't seem to make much sense to get car values that way either.  Some
states couldn't care less what the sales price of the car was.  Here in
Oregon, there's {NO} sales tax, and car registration fees have nothing to do
with the value of the car, so the sales price isn't even asked. . .

I'm sure this isn't the only state that does this, so would the price guides
only be getting the value of cars from California (or whichever states ask
for sales price)?
